CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help locating a sex offender accused of violating probation.

Christopher James Lee is white, 46, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. Lee has a claw mark tattoo on his right shoulder and footprints on his left and right calves. Sometimes, Lee goes by the name of “Chris Lee,” according to investigators.

Lee was released on parole in December 2023 after serving a 90-day parole setback for absconding, failure to obtain lawful employment, using illegal drugs, and failing to attend substance misuse counseling, an alert stated.

Lee was also convicted of issuing bad checks, simple assault, hindering apprehension, breach of bail, sex offender registration, failure to register, duty to report three times, and violation of probation or parole four times.
