WILLINGBORO, NJ — A Willingboro man and woman sexually abused an 8-year-old girl and produced child pornography during a holiday visit in Florida, authorities said.
Michael Taylor Jr. filmed Alexandria Stevens abusing the child when they visited family in the Orlando area for the Thanksgiving holiday last year, according to a federal complaint dated March 25.
On March 13, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office about possible child pornography. The files contained data linked to Taylor and Stevens, the complaint says.

Authorities searched the suspects’ Willingboro home one day later. They found a video, filmed by Taylor, in which Stevens performs oral sex on the child, authorities said.
The child told FBI agents that Stevens sexually assaulted her at least four times during the suspects’ two-weeks visit. When the victim was 7 years old, Stevens would tell her to perform sexual acts while they video-chatted, she told investigators.

Months before the Thanksgiving visit, Taylor sent Stevens 19 videos and three images depicting sexual abuse of the child, the complaint states. The suspects also performed sexual intercourse with each other during an Aug. 5 video call with the victim, officials said.
Taylor and Stevens were charged with using and coercing a minor to create child pornography. They were arrested in South Jersey and will face charges in federal court in Florida.
