Catherina Scalia, who got her infamous moniker after her 2013 arrest for offering an undercover officer sex for money inside her hot dog truck, has been accused of frequenting the store where the man works, then exposing her breast and making antisemitic remarks to him, according to a criminal complaint filed by Nassau police.

She would make comments about her own life that he had no control over, and also visited his home, causing him to become stressed out and affecting his mental health, the complaint states.

The man told a detective it happened up to 15 times a day at least 10 times within the last year, and that he has asked her to stop multiple times over the last eight months, the complaint states.

He also said that he is beginning to fear for his job because his employer is becoming increasingly angry over Scalia’s behavior, according to the complaint.

She pleaded not guilty to three counts of fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor, and a temporary order of protection was issued at her arraignment in First District Court in Hempstead, online court records show.

A spokesman for Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly’s office said the pre-trial services agency ordered by the judge included a mental health, alcohol, and substance abuse evaluation.

She was released without bail and is due back in court on April 4, according to the records.

She is being represented by the Legal Aid Society, which does not comment on criminal cases.
