TARRYTOWN, NY — Take a culinary tour through Mexico at Goosefeather in Tarrytown for a one-night-only Oaxacan-inspired dining and drinking experience.
Chef Dale Talde has invited noted Chef Moises Lopez of Tobalá from the Bronx to Westchester County to collaborate on a five-course tasting menu with beverage pairings from various regions in Mexico.
The feast will happen at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20 at Goosefeather.

Cesar Antipas, director of operations at Goosefeather, said Tobalá is a one-of-a-kind restaurant that is family owned and run.
He said he met Chef Lopez and his family when they came to dine at Goosefeather recently.

“Our team really connected with their story, and we love what they’re doing at the restaurant,” Antipas said.
The goal with all Goosefeather’s collaborations and special events is to keep things fresh and fun for our guests, he said
“And of course, to support and shine a light on other small businesses,” Antipas said.

This is a communal seating event, with dinner served family style.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with a passed start and welcome cocktail. A cash bar will also be available.
