CONCORD, NH — Investigators inside the New Hampshire Department of Corrections are asking for the public’s help finding a suspected “armed and dangerous” fugitive who is wanted on parole violations.
Kerri Ann Yaqoob is white, 33, about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs around 140 pounds. She has brown hair, which is sometimes tinted, and hazel eyes. According to a fugitive alert, Yaqoob has several tattoos — including “LUGO” across her fingers, one on her left hand, “Alexis Faith” and a footprint on her right forearm, “Trinity Renee” on her back, and six monochrome stars on her back.
Yaqoob is wanted after being convicted of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and controlled drug acts; acts prohibited. A gun was at the residence during her original arrest — which is why the “armed and dangerous” label has been put on the alert. Yaqoob was paroled in December 2022 and has not been seen since March 2023.

According to reports online, Bellows Falls police arrested Yaqoob in January 2018 on a heroin charge. She was arrested in June 2018 on heroin charges by Vermont State Police while living in Charleston. Yaqoob, while living in Claremont, was arrested in June 2018 on a conspiracy to purchase controlled drugs in Newport. After failing to appear in court, a fugitive alert was issued against her in September 2018. Yaqoob was also arrested in March 2019 on drug dealing charges, accused of dealing heroin, fentanyl buprenorphine, and bath salts in Claremont.
