ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police closed a portion of N. Harrison Street after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon. No injuries were reported in the collision.

The crash occurred around 3 p.m. in the 2800 block of N. Harrison Street in Arlington. Police reopened the street around 5:15 p.m. after completing their investigation and waiting for tow trucks to arrive.
Airbags deployed in both vehicles at the time of the collision, which happened next to Chestnut Hills Park, two blocks north of the Lee Harrison Shopping Center.

The driver of an SUV, which had been parked on the north side of N. Harrison Street, was attempting to make a U-turn to head in the direction of Langston Boulevard. In the middle of the U-turn, a sedan heading north on N. Harrison Street collided with the SUV.
The drivers of both vehicles said they were not injured in the crash.
