WWE SmackDown video highlights: Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa lay out Jey Uso

Though he was able to pick up a victory in the main event, last night's SmackDown didn't end well for Jey Uso.

Jey defeated Grayson Waller on SmackDown but was attacked by Solo Sikoa immediately after the match. Jey momentarily fought off the attack and even delivered a spear to Roman Reigns, but the two-on-one advantage proved to be too much. Reigns and Sikoa beat down Jey before Reigns stood tall to close the episode.

Reigns and Sikoa laid out Jey with two combination spears/Samoan spikes during the beatdown. Jey didn't have any backup because Jimmy Uso is still out of action after being demolished by Reigns and Sikoa three weeks ago.

Earlier in the night, Jey tried to open SmackDown but got interrupted by Reigns. Jey vowed that he will again defeat Reigns when they face off in Tribal Combat at SummerSlam. The pay-per-view is now one week away (Saturday, August 5).

Last night's main event between Jey and Waller was set up during a backstage interaction. Waller insulted Jey and invited him to appear on The Grayson Waller Effect after he loses at SummerSlam.
