João Félix wants to play for PSG

Gianluca Di Marzio has said that Atletico Madrid forward João Félix (23) wants to play for Paris Saint-Germain. The Portuguese forward is strongly linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 side.

Féłix, who arrived at the Wanda Metropolitano in 2019 for €127m will be allowed to leave the club. The club’s CEO Miguel Ángel Gil Marín has openly stated that the player can leave in the winter transfer window should the right offer be made.

Atletico Madrid have reportedly put a €100m price tag on Félix, who is reportedly interesting clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Aston Villa. According to Le Parisien, PSG are also interested in the forward, with the reigning Ligue 1 champions looking to add another forward to their arsenal.

Italian journalist Di Marzio has now stated in an interview with SoccerNews that PSG is Félix’s option of choice, saying that the Parisian club are the “obvious option.”

“I don’t think that Félix will go to Arsenal because he wants to play for PSG. PSG would be the obvious option should he leave PSG,” he said.
